We got to debate some basic questions: How often and where we meet each other in the future? Furthermore, we got to decide who is responsible for the expedition account and how to manage previous expenses as our sponsoring brochure (avaiable as PDF-file in German). It was decided how much each member has to pay in this account.

Lydia climbs the 'Unterbrochene Kante' at the "Sonnenwendstein". Directly behind the Chinese Tower in the sun and on the right in the shadow the North face where Markus is climbing. His route is called 'Ping Pong'. full image 30 K.

A further fundamental question under debate was the necessity of an expedition contract and its content. We decided to adopt a similar contract from our previous Himalaya expedition.
Thereafter, we had an informal get-together with barbecue, beer and wine.

On the next day, we climbed in the Biela valley and at the group of the "Oblique Tower". We had a marvelous day of climbing.
On each of the 1100 peaks of Saxon Switzerland there is a book, where one note the route and his name. The book on the 'Ringelspitze' in the Biela valley is almost 20 years old and contains some famous climbers. full image 30 K.
